The Lori Pambak style of Kazak comes from a mountainous region of Armenia. The borders all carry different colors, complimenting the display that each flower design bears at least two colors. This detailed work is further accentuated by the bare field, which is dignified in its simplicity. The entire carpet is an exercise on the passage from blue to white, to red, then blue and teal before triumphant, bare red.
